Insurance
Pearlman Eye accepts Medicare assignment.
We file your Medicare claims directly.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care & Aetna Insurance. If you have other private insurance, we will provide you with a fee slip to file with your insurance company.
Although most Refractive Procedures are not covered by insurance, if you believe your insurance plan may cover all, or some of the procedure, we will be happy to file for a predetermination of benefits.
Financing
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Tax Deductions
Vision Correction or Eyelid Surgery is deductible from your Federal taxes if you itemized your medical expenses. Consult your tax advisor or accountant to see if you qualify.
